Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future as Foreluna continues to grow.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

United States: Orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Q: Where does my order ship from?
A: To ensure your order reaches you smoothly, we ship from a small network of trusted fulfillment partners.
While we currently serve customers within the United States, some orders may be dispatched from one of our international fulfillment partners depending on product availability and logistics efficiency.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 USD. Free shipping is available on orders over $79 USD.
Q: Can I pick up my order in-store?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer in-store pickup at this time. All orders must be shipped to the provided address.
Q: What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Please double-check your shipping address before completing the order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@foreluna.com.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We only accept claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order has any issues, there is no need to return the item. Please contact us with clear photo evidence, and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on the situation. We’ll assist you right away.
Custom Product Returns: Due to the unique nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there are issues with quality, damage, or missing parts.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or imperfect?
A: If your item arrives damaged or imperfect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We’ll take care of it and help find the best solution for you.
Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
