If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@foreluna.com and include clear photos of the issue. This helps us understand what happened and take care of it properly.

Once confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We’ll handle the process gently and promptly.


Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Non-Eligible Returns
