We hope you love your Foreluna order. If something is not quite right, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included materials.
You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

Items that are returned used, damaged, incomplete, or without their original packaging may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@foreluna.com and include:

Your order number
The item you would like to return
The reason for the return
Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please wait for our approval and return instructions before sending your item. The return address will be provided by email after your request has been approved.

Do not send returns to the address shown on the original package. Returns sent without prior approval or to an unauthorized address may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, please send the item within 7 calendar days using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, Foreluna will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:

A prepaid return label
A replacement
A full or partial refund

Please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Change of Mind or Personal Reasons

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer want it, or the item does not suit your personal preferences, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns made for personal reasons.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Foreluna cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Personalized and Custom-Made Items

Personalized, customized, engraved, monogrammed, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded for change-of-mind reasons.

However, if a personalized or custom-made item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return has been inspected.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@foreluna.com.

Refund Amount

For eligible returns made for personal reasons, the refund will cover the purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable.

If the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Foreluna will cover the applicable return shipping cost and refund the eligible product amount. Original shipping charges may also be refunded where appropriate.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank or payment account again.
Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
Contact your bank, as there may be an additional processing period.
